If you suspect you might have purchased a counterfeit (fake) grinder or any other The Bulldog product, you may forward a picture to us to confirm authenticity or compare your grinder against the grinders in our webshop.

If you’ve had a debit or check card payment declined and you have enough money in your account to cover the payment, there are several conditions that can prevent your payment from going through:

    • Missing or incorrect card information.

We apply a minimum order of € 15,00 on all orders. Shop wise, because shipping costs are excluded.

The receiver of the package is liable to pay any inbound duties, taxes and fees which your local customs authority deems appropriate. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies please contact your local customs office.

We use different parcel couriers depending on the weight and destination of a shipment. We ship via PostNL, Fed-Ex, UPS, and DHL.

All orders will arrive padded and well-protected in sealed plain box(es) or padded envelope(s). Our staff is trained to handle all products with the utmost care, ceramics will be double checked for chips and given extra protection with bubble-wrap before going out for delivery.

There is no outside reference or marking of The Bulldog, we use the name Leidseplein In-en Verkoop B.V. as sender and not The Bulldog.

We start immediately, which actually means within 1-2 business days depending on the day. Orders placed in on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. We can not ship on national holidays.

Standard shipping times Benelux and Germany: 2-3 business days.
Rest of Europe: 7-10 business days.
International orders outside of the EU: 10-15 business days.

If you have not received your product(s) 30 days after placing your order, please contact our customer service.

To track your order, please reference the tracking number listed on your email confirmation.

We do not ship to following countries because we have found that too many times shipments get lost at customs and/or the amount of import documentation and/or exuberant cost of shipping and duties. We are sorry to have to take these measures but truly hope for your understanding.

Only items purchased on the official website can be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. All of our products (excluding sale items) can be returned as long as they have not been used and are in their original state and package material. Remember to use protective packaging for all breakable items.

We do not accept returns for items purchased in a physical The Bulldog Brand store or from other websites.

We do not offer exchange. If you prefer a different size or colour, follow our return guide and place a new order with the correct size via our website.
